Inspired to review after using someone else: this company has moved me several times, as well as extended family over many years. I've always been impressed and at ease with their flexibility, efficiency and kind consideration in every move, so never bothered getting other quotes. Then I moved out of state and had to hire other companies for residential and commercial moves. I didn't know how good I had it with this reliable moving company on hand-- haven't been able to find another. Also, owner must be training and treating employees well, it shows.

Hired them Many times throughout the past several moves, and every time has been a stellar experience. They have saved the day taking a lot of stress off the actual move with good communication, being straightforward with pricing, and easy booking.
10/10 would hire again.

I have now moved twice with Safe, Responsible, Movers and will use them without hesitation for future moves! Chris and his crew gave me accurate estimates, completed my moves efficiently, and were very careful with my special pieces. My furniture and belongings arrived to my new places without damage. I have a very heavy pull out sofa that was a huge pain to move and Chris himself came to my new place to lend his movers and extra hand to get it into my apartment when they were having trouble. They were all very friendly and as a single woman made me feel completely safe and cared for. Thank you, team!

I have used Safe Responsible Movers 6 years ago when I moved from one town in Massachusetts to another one close by!
They were awesome!
I am using them again in two weeks when I make a move to a fabulous new home across town!
They are so professional and take very good care of each piece of furniture!
I will write another review in two weeks when I move again, however in the meantime I highly recommend Safe Responsible Movers!

Safe Responsible Movers did an outstanding job for my move from the Boston area to the suburbs. Pricing was fair, and the job was done quickly, comprehensively and thoughtfully. Additionally, I found the pricing to be very transparent - with other moving companies I've worked with, there were hidden / additional costs when they arrived and I experienced none of that with Safe Responsible Movers. I couldn't believe how fast they were, especially in an industry where they could charge more if the move takes longer! I would never hesitate to use them again.

Chris and the safe responsible movers team were amazing to work with. First their estimate for moving an ~800 sq ft condo came in hundreds of dollars lower than other local companies. Second, they showed up on time and moved FAST while handling our possessions with the utmost care. True to their name all our stuff was impeccably handled. Not a single item broken or damaged and they expertly disassembled and reassembled our bigger pieces of furniture. They even navigated their moving truck down our narrow private way with ease. Lastly, because they completed the move so quickly they ended up REFUNDING us for 30 extra minutes of moving time. We did not expect that but it was a pleasant surprise and a mark of well run, honest business. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future.

I have hired safe responsible movers many times to assist me with moving and I would never hire another company. They communicate clearly throughout the entire process, there are no hidden fees, their employees are respectful, efficient and kind (while you have anxiety they will literally just be RUNNING up and down your stairs loading and unloading their truck as quickly as possible.) I have also referred many friends and family to use their services and they have all been so impressed by them as well. Highly, highly recommend this company. They will make your move so much easier.

I had a large safe I needed to move to a different location, and I was afraid no one would be Interested in taking on the job. I ended up emailing Safe Responsible and asking if they can do it. A couple straight forward emails later they gave me a flat rate price (very reasonable), gave me a time they’ll be able to do it on the day I needed it done. By the third email we agreed and got everything locked in. They showed up exactly on time, got it out, and in quickly, and were super neat and cautious the whole time. Highly recommend! Easy to deal with and professional!

My roommate and I used movers for the first time and let me tell you, what an INCREDIBLE experience. Safe Responsible Movers was so responsive, affordable, and fast. We had 4 movers clear our 2 bedroom apartment in an hour. The entire move took 3 hours. Moving is a pain but with this company, it was a piece of cake. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you so much for making our moving day such an easy feat!

I used these guys twice...one year ago and two years ago. Today I got burned by a horrible moving crew in Saratoga area which reminded me how solid Safe Responsible Movers were. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Hire them.

Safe Responsible Movers were great! They are communicative, clear and helpful. They were able to answer my questions about moving permits and are very quick to respond via email. Had a Sept 1st move and had to change day at the last minute. They offered me flexibility and fit me in. When they were running a bit late they called and gave me multiple updates. Their crew was fast and efficient upon arrival and really hustled. Will definitely use them again!

After years of trying to coordinate my own moves a carload at a time and renting a truck, I finally broke down for my last move and hired the crew from Safe Responsible Movers. They worked incredibly fast, but kept my stuff from getting dinged up. It was a third floor to a multistory home move, and I had a storage locker to move as well. They had estimated a two-truck move but after loading up the apartment, there was plenty of room for the storage unit, so they called off the second truck. I appreciated how fair they were on the price and how quickly, safely, and efficiently they worked. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with a move.
